Spent the weekend in PA, visit the market and I will not forget this place. I bought a piece of cake from a bakery which I dont know the name,it was delicious, fresh food and very clean. I will definely will go back to check the bakery again. I am from Long Island New York.

I live in Schuylkill County & I drive there every week to get organic chicken & vegetables. They also have a stand with organic homemade soups & deserts that I also buy from. It's the nicest farmers market that I've ever been at.

Great variety of food vendors. Looking for you on facebook or more information on the web. There was a cordon blue (type) sandwich me and friends really enjoyed.

One of my favorites. A great selection of butchers, beautiful fresh and smoked meats. Produce, bakeries and other specialty foods. Love the ethnic foods, Greek, Mexican, Cajun, Italian and of course PA Dutch. Bonus, open Thurs. eve

I've been visiting the farmers market in reading for 27 yrs, and its never changed! This is one good thing that's stayed pretty much the same in all the yrs I've known it, they have fresh produce, meats, dairy, homemade ice cream farm fresh eggs and awesome cuisine! from good ole pizza stands to a New Orleans foodie stand! This place seriously cant be beat!!!! It can get pretty packed Friday nights and Saturdays so I'd definitely recommend Thursdays or early Friday (before 2pm) to avoid shoulder to shoulder crowds....have fun! definitely a foodies attraction!

We visited the market today for the first time and were amazed at the quality, variety, and friendliness of all the vendors. AMAZING! We'll drive the 2 hr. round trip to do it again soon!

Keagy's Produce stand has to be the best. I have been purchasing produce from them for 25 years and look forward to seeing the family there every week or two. I've been blessed to have known Paul (may he rest in peace), watch his son, Paul, take over, and his children... and now Shelley's a mother. I can call them and just ask them to get some my huge load together - and they get it ready for me before I even arrive. Part of going to Keagys' stand is getting to know the people - family, and I honestly love it. The great produce is just an added benefit. ; )
